Our Process
Step One - initial consultation
We will arrange a time to meet onsite and go through a basic idea of what you want and a general idea of the layout. We will then take all measurements and requirements for plumbing, electrical and tiling, plus any other information to provide a rough quote. Please feel free to ask us any questions or concerns.
Step Two - approximate price and estimations
After processing all the information, we can provide an estimated price and start/finish date within 1-2 days. This price will include a basic cost for all selections – these can be upgraded and changed at step three. We will send you a quote proposal upon acceptance of this we can then proceed to step three.
Step Three - Interior Design advice and selections
Once accepted we book an appointment with an Interior Designer at Bathroom City in Osborne Park for the selection process, this includes selecting tiles, taps, sinks, vanity and shower as well as all towel rails, roll holders and any other accessory items. Once selections are confirmed the designer will send an invoice for all selections and this will be used as the deposit for the bathroom.
Step Four Job start
Once the selection invoice has been paid, we can confirm the start date and... begin transforming your bathroom!
Completion
When your bathroom or laundry is complete, and finalised, as a thank you we will style and gift you with some goodies for you to enjoy your revitalised space!
Warranty and Support
We would love to ensure our customers are taken care of, and happy with our work. If there are any issues with supplied fixtures, and workmanship, there is a warranty of 1 year.
